IMPROVE THE LOCAL TOILET CULTURE! BE A VOLUNTEER!
As an active voluntary, non-profit organization, RAS's calendar is filled with various interesting and fun activities all year round. As such, RAS is always on the lookout to recruit volunteers who have a vested passion and interest, and are interested to work with us towards improving Singapore's toilet standards.
Here are some of the options available for volunteers:
Restroom Assessors
Restroom Assessors are on the frontline of keeping our public toilets clean. You will be trained how to assess the cleanliness of the restroom and assist in our Happy Toilet Programme rating, as well as to conduct mystery audit for toilets.
School Outreach
We conduct education programmes for preschools, primary and secondary schools throughout the year. RAS is also planning to extend its education programmes to tertiary institutions. Be part of our team to reach out to all schools and institutions and help inculcate good toilet habits into the young generation.
Short-Term/Ad-hoc Projects
Individuals who are not able to commit to longer term volunteer opportunities can opt for short-term volunteer opportunities. RAS requires short-term volunteers several times each year for events and other projects. Our events and activities range from small scale events such as roadshows, seminars and workshops to national campaigns such as the upcoming LOO Campaign, Clean and Green Singapore and School Carnivals.
